Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of 19bot, a customer messaging, channel management and AI support service operated by Công ty TNHH Ngày Mới Xanh.

Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026 · Meta App ID: 1028304589142507

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, connecting a channel or using 19bot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind that organization.

Clicking an acceptance control, completing registration or continuing to use the service after these Terms are presented constitutes electronic acceptance. “Customer” means the person or organization that controls the account; “Authorized User” means a person the Customer permits to use it; and “End User” means a person who communicates with the Customer through a connected channel.

2. The service

19bot helps authorized businesses connect Facebook Pages and other supported channels, manage conversations, allow team members to reply, configure AI assistance and review customer-care information. Features may change as platforms, APIs and legal requirements evolve.

The service may include free, trial, paid, beta or experimental features. The applicable interface, order or written quotation identifies any plan-specific features, usage limits and commercial terms.

3. Accounts and channel authority

4. Platform rules and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and the rules of Meta and every connected platform. You must not use 19bot to send spam; deceive or impersonate; unlawfully discriminate; infringe intellectual property or privacy; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; scrape or combine Platform Data for unrelated purposes; or send messages outside a platform's permitted messaging window or consent rules.

You must not probe or bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, access another customer's account or data, reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it, resell access without written authorization, or falsely claim a partnership or endorsement by 19bot.

For Facebook integrations, you authorize 19bot to process the permissions and Platform Data needed to provide the selected features. You remain responsible for your Page content, customer notices, lawful basis, consent and responses sent manually or through your configuration.

5. AI features

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for configuring, testing, monitoring and, where appropriate, reviewing AI-assisted or automated replies before relying on them. You must not submit data to AI features unless you have the right to process it for that purpose.

6. Customer content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you or your customers provide. You grant 19bot a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure and support the service and comply with law. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and notices for that content.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of Customer Data and for providing required notices and obtaining permissions from End Users. Our personnel will access Customer Data only in the limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy, including authorized support, service security, abuse investigation and legal compliance.

7. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes our processing. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how account owners, Page administrators and people who message a connected Page can request deletion. A business customer can disconnect a Page and then delete that Page integration from their 19bot account. Reusing it requires a new connection. Removing the integration or revoking a platform permission may stop future access but does not automatically delete all shared system records.

8. Fees, trials and taxes

Paid plans, usage limits, trial periods and applicable charges are described at purchase or in an order agreed with the customer. Unless required otherwise by law or stated in the order, fees are non-refundable once the paid service period begins. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party platform, messaging or connectivity charges.

9. Availability and third-party services

19bot depends on Meta, Zalo, cloud and AI providers. Their outages, policy changes, reviews, restrictions or API changes may limit features without our control. We may perform maintenance, modify features or suspend a risky integration to protect users, data or platform compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, change frequently or be discontinued. Except for commitments expressly included in a written order, no compatibility with every browser, device, network or third-party service is guaranteed.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, platform restriction or conduct that could harm users or 19bot. You may stop using the service and request account/data deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms, remain effective.

11. Intellectual property

19bot and its software, design, documentation, trademarks and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot legally be required. 19bot is not responsible for customer content, unauthorized customer configurations, third-party platform decisions or indirect/consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes, governing law and company information

We may update these Terms to reflect service, platform or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; the parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith before using a competent court.

14. General terms

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable written order form the entire agreement for the service.
